Forest wanderer. World traveler. Waterfall chaser. Nature photographer. Wild edible enthusiast.
Elisha moved to Ithaca last September to participate in Wilderness Year. She grew up just outside of Buffalo, where she spent her childhood exploring the fields and woods around her house, build outdoor forts, searching for potting clay in stream beds, and picking wild raspberries. Elisha holds a degree in Elementary Education and has taught both in the U.S. and in China. When she's not teaching, she can be found exploring the great outdoors, learning about wild edibles and traveling to other continents and countries.
Elisha is excited to be spending the summer in Ithaca inspiring a love for nature, primitive skills and outdoor exploration.
