Astrid grew up running around the woods of Ithaca with Primitive Pursuits, and now loves to spend her summers working as an instructor! She is a rising senior at Ithaca High School. In her free time Astrid loves getting to know the natural world around her, crafting and cooking, writing, making music, and soaking up the sun. Primitive Pursuits’ mission to further young people’s connections with the outdoors resonates deeply with Astrid, and she hopes to do what she can to support this mission and our amazing community. She is looking forward to another summer full of new skills, music making, and laughter!
