Color Foragers

Full day camp (Mon-Fri) (9:00 AM – 3:15 PM)

 

The forest is full of color! As Color Foragers we will harvest the brightest hues of the forest. This camp centers natural dyeing with wild plants and developing related skills. We will use our vibrantly dyed results to craft felted sculptures, hand sewn pouches, crocheted creations, and more. With an emphasis on communal work, connection to the land, and imbuing fiber with color, this camp is fertile ground for creativity. Join us as we spin tales and yarn around the fire. We welcome young artisans interested in learning skills as old as time and finding new avenues to appreciate the bounty of the forest.
