Luna’s Fire brought many gifts and great memories. On the first day we practiced natural basket weaving with goldenrod, cattail and basswood. We practiced our fire skills with small group fire challenges and then used them to build a cook fire for our overnight.
Each day we honed the varying skills it takes to successfully stalk and move unseen and unheard throughout the forest. We also took some time to study medicinal plants for use in salve and yummy teas!
We finished out our magical week with laughter and play in the creek bringing our theme of fire and water full circle!
