Support Nature Access for All

When you support us you help ensure we build our network to include all children and never need to turn anyone away due to lack of funds. We have several specific funds and other ways you can support nature access for all.

Safety Disclaimer: We do not recommend a specific age for when your child is ready to use a knife. By purchasing a knife from us, you assume all responsibility for the risks associated with knife use. We strongly recommend adult supervision and adherence to specified safety practices.

At camp: Only campers age 8 and up may use knives, only when they have demonstrated the ability to follow safety guidelines and only with close supervision. If you would like to discuss whether or not your camper has demonstrated safe knife use at camp please ask to speak with a Camp Director. Knives will only be sold to and received by adults. The knives we sell are the only knives pre-approved for use at camp. Campers with their own knives must turn them into staff members upon arrival at camp. With approval by a Camp Director, campers will be given their personal knife for use when supervision is available.

This Knife features a 3.2-inch carbon steel fixed blade with a rounded safety tip to prevent injuries. High carbon steel achieves high hardness, sharpens easily, and is exceptionally tough. An impact-resistant handle with a larger shape fits comfortably in the hand. A finger guard on the handle provides additional safety. Included with the knife is a hard plastic Combi-Sheath, which provides a quick-connect feature for attaching a second knife and sheath. Morakniv has been manufacturing the highest-quality knives in Mora, Sweden since 1891. Mora Craftline Series include sharp, durable, high-quality utility knives suitable for construction, trade and industrial professionals.

The Companion is one of Morakniv's most popular knives, because, as the name suggests, it is such a reliable companion.
